My opinion is one star and because there is no 0. I placed my order on September 2 which was charged immediately. On the 4th they sent me an email confirming that the order had been placed and that within 2 to 10 days I would receive it. Well, to date I have not received my order. I contacted them via email and my surprise is that they send me an email like a robot asking me if the address is correct. I resend them the email and there is no answer, I contact them again and they send me the same email again saying the same thing. I call customer service in Spain and they speak in French. No tracking of the package or anything, not even a simple mail number to contact them and get information. I would like a solution please.

After comparing prices, we came to the conclusion that, on balance, the prices from the name label companies were the same. We opted for EsIstMeins because of the presentation, which was unfortunately a mistake. They advertised 48 hours - in small print: for production. The prices quoted were net prices, so TAX was added on top. The most annoying problem: production in France (although German contact possible/after a callback request). So far so good, ordered on Sunday, inquired on Friday (callback request was answered quickly): Had been shipped on Wednesday (48 hours?) and shipping from France would unfortunately take 5-6 working days ("Saturday is not a working day"). The following week: Thursday and Friday the callback request was not answered at all, no contact possible. Has now arrived on Monday. Labels are OK so far, but you should be able to expect that with a waiting time of over two weeks. Incidentally, I ordered from Stickerkids.de on Tuesday - they arrived in our postbox on Friday at a cheaper price.
