I ordered a water bottle for my 4-year-old son. Very happy with the design and colors. However, I was very disappointed with the system. The cap is very difficult to open, the drinking system is impossible to unlock ... my son has to force ... to use his hands (not at all hygienic)... in short... I wouldn't recommend it. On the other hand, I'm very pleased with the labels.

I received my order this morning, delivery time more than correct, 1 week between order and delivery. Overall, I'm satisfied with my order; the gourd is superb although it seems a little "fragile" to me, I'm afraid that the slightest shock could damage the decoration... To be seen in time! A little more disappointed by the lunchbox, the box itself is nice but for the price I wasn't expecting a decalco... That said, I think that if the gourd holds up well, n°3 will also have the right to his gourd and lunchbox when the time comes.

On the site, the announced order processing time is 48 hours, but as soon as my order was validated, I received an e-mail warning me that the order processing time had been extended. I think that this practice comes close to misleading advertising, and I sent an e-mail to customer service, which to this day remains unanswered. In the end, I received my order in over a week.

Just what I expected!

I have no news of the order, they didn't even send me the order confirmation email so I don't know the order number or anything. I try to contact the number they put and they tell me they are not there. My email does not let me put it, the order name is to M.Leal in case you read this and can locate my order and inform me if I will receive it or not.

Problem with the payment platform that does not work on pc. I had to order on my mobile but otherwise cava.

Order not received to date. We ordered on August 18, apparently it went to the post office on August 20, but still nothing in the mailbox. Disappointed for the moment, to see if we will receive our order for our daughter's first day of school and especially to hear from them. Great, we received our order today. A great relief, the postal service was a bit slow. Very happy with the labels and the responsiveness of customer service who reassured us.

Beautiful colors on every product. Good quality water bottles. The kit is very cute. And I ordered labels again, which this time are very hard to peel off the notebook, so gets a little damaged, but last time that problem didn't exist, so just the problem on this notebook. It still does the job.

I can't judge the product because I still haven't received it after 3 weeks of ordering. Today my daughter started daycare and I have made other arrangements, so by now when they arrive ( if they arrive) they will be useless.

I was very disappointed with the tracking of a parcel (gourd for a little girl's birthday). They didn't even answer my e-mails. I have always taken the labels from you and above all I advertised you around me...But that was before.

The kits are very good: sturdy fabric, and fairly sturdy zipper too, the labels are a little big to put on markers or pens, but that's fine.

I ordered water bottles / lunch boxes and above all everything I needed for my daughter's birthday (invitations, stickers, gift boxes to color ...) I received a first parcel in which the envelopes and stickers for the invitations were missing and I only had one gift box to color although 9 were ordered. I sent an e-mail and was quickly told that the missing items would be dispatched as soon as possible. A week later I e-mailed again to make sure that the parcel had been sent. I'm told it's leaving today. I received it this morning, the invitations were there but the coloring boxes were still missing. I e-mailed again this morning, waiting for them to get back to me ... I've always been delighted with "C'est mon Étiquette" but I must admit I'm disappointed, I'll have to make do with the labels in future ... As for the rest of the order (water bottles and lunchboxes), my children are delighted!

Some labels don't peel off easily and carry a bit of extra plastic with them. The bottles are impeccable

The labels are very practical for preparing my son's return to school. I recommend them. I also ordered a personalized water bottle, which is very pretty, but the stopper broke the first time I dropped it.

I had already ordered the same products last year (labels for pencils) and was very satisfied with them, but this year, I don't understand, they have a lot of trouble sticking to the pens whether felt-tip or colored pencils - too bad.

I have always been satisfied with the labels for the past 4 years, but this time, when printing, the precutter had a problem on a set of 100 labels. I had to cut the transparency myself, otherwise it wouldn't come off.

C mon Étiquette has been a practical part of my daily life as a mother for over three years now, marking my lunch bag, school supplies and what can I say about every item of clothing, every glove, cap, vest, sweater, long-sleeved T-shirt, jacket ... so that they can be found, forgotten in a corner of the playground or at the canteen, or simply so that I don't confuse them with those of a friend ... quality stickers, perfectly perfect? ....

The products are as expected. The delay was longer than announced on the site (in Covid period it's understandable), please indicate the right delays. Very disappointed by the hand-written message card, with sloppy handwriting, the message is not complete... There's no point in offering the service, even if it's free.
