The 1st kit I ordered was badly printed... so I signedale6ey the site sent me back a 2nd free kit (better printing, but very average on the sides). Decueque the self-adhesive clothing labels can only be put on the fabric labels and not on the textile itself.

I never received my order

About a month ago i ordered one lunchbox, one bottle and some labels. To this day i still have not received MY order, however i have received 4 different orders with a total of 6 lunchboxs and 6 waterbottles with other kids names on them which obviously is not mine. One of the orders i even was charged £10 to get as correct postage was not paid by supplier and guess what...it wasnt even my order. I have contacted Customer Service multiple times through both email an instagram and after first wrong order i have heard nothing back. First wrong order i was told to keep the items instead of returning which goes to show how cheaply items are made. So now i have all these personalised items that i have no use for and a bin full of boxes and STILL not got my order. I thought this company looked profressional but an absalout joke in my experience.

Order was uncomplicated, fast and secure delivery. Unfortunately, two pages with stickers were incorrectly punched out, but this was dealt with quickly and to my satisfaction. Only a few days later I had the incorrectly punched pages with the correct statutes in my letterbox. Thank you 🙂

I'm still very happy with the labels. I ordered a gourd. I didn't receive mine (drawing and name of another child). As soon as I received my e-mail, the necessary steps were taken. My son loves the fireman design. He never leaves it.

I order every year and it's great the self-adhesive labels on the clothes but they don't stick for long after being put in the washing machine, they peel off and I don't take them any more.
