2 gourds received with the wrong first names on both, I contact customer service who sexcuse and who lattesté that they put back the gourds in manufacturing.... ça arrive....bref, 8jours après je ne reçois rien, je re contact le service client qui me dit que la personne que j'ai eu au téléphone n'ait pas lancé la fabrication, elle relance la fabrication et je les reçoivent donc 8 jours après.... je voulais les pour les vacances de mes garçons bah cétait plié...je suis déçu

I ordered 70 adhesive labels for my daughter's first day at school on August 4th. 10 arrived in a letter today. I can't tell whether the rest will arrive, as it came by letter without tracking. I now have to label my daughter's documents differently. I certainly won't be ordering a second time. I am very disappointed.

The labels are really beautiful and spectacular; I haven't stuck them on my son's clothes yet but I guess they will look great because they are of very good quality. The presentation of how they come is great and very original; the only thing I didn't like is that they took too long to arrive, I felt like I waited an eternity for them.... However, I can say that it was worth the wait and I recommend them 100%.

I received my order the day before yesterday. After a long wait and phone calls with customer service. Customer service was very friendly and competent. They even sent the order out a second time. Which I thought was very nice. Unfortunately, the order didn't arrive either. Customer service offered to send the order again (3 times) or to transfer the money back. During the phone call it turned out that I had entered the wrong house number? Where the order was then delivered to. I then phoned customer service again to let them know that the order had been found and that they didn't need to send it again. I offered to pay for the second order when it arrived, as it was my fault. Which customer service denied. I have never experienced anything like this with a company that was so accommodating. I tried the labels straight away and am very happy with them. And will order there again. I can only say thank you again to EsIstmeins

We are delighted because we have brought it with us on vacation and for the little fruit on the beach it comes in handy. They are customizable, you can choose the theme, color, name ... They can be put in the microwave and dishwasher and are BPA free. They have a built-in ice bar to keep food cold for hours.

Super purchase, just what I expected.

The price of the gourd is high, which is fine if the product is of good quality. But with a stopper that breaks twice, lid and opening system... As a result, my children have to unscrew it completely to drink. Needless to say, the 5-year-old can't do it.

Unfortunately, my delivery never arrived. I then had contact with several employees and each time I was promised that the shipment would arrive. I have now asked for my money back. What a shame...

This is the second time I have ordered labels for school supplies and clothing from Petit-Fernand. They are beautiful (with many customization options) and durable. This last shipment due to a postal snafu never arrived, but customer service was very attentive and helpful and arranged for a new shipment (this time arrived on time!).

I was very happy with the products when I received them: a gourd, a pouch and labels for clothes. I ordered them for my daughter's first day of school. After only a few days, the gourd slipped out of my 3-year-old daughter's hands and fell to the ground. It's badly damaged and the paint is peeling. I'm disappointed by the quality and will probably buy another one for the new school year. It's a shame.
