We have ordered clothing labels before from Petit Fernand and we were very happy with them. Petit Fernand appear to have changed the process or the supplier and the new labels are horrible. They are now covered with some kind of film and it is extremely difficult to remove them from the book they come in. Please go back to how they were because this new shiny film is a real nightmare. **UPDATE** Thank you for coming back to us so promptly. We will reach out directly to the customer service team.

Unfortunately, a part was missing from the order, which has not yet been delivered (order was on 12.07.) The actual delivery took quite a long time and the link sent to track the delivery did not work (probably because the products come to France). Therefore only 3 stars. However, customer service responded quickly, friendly and adequately to inquiries and the complaint. The quality of the products (label stickers, drinking bottle and lunch box) is good as described. I have not yet tried whether the label stickers can withstand a wash cycle. Addendum from 18.08.: the missing part has still not been delivered.

We bought personalized labels, bentos and water bottles from this site. The prices are reasonable considering the excellent quality of the products, delivery times are fast and the site is easy to use. I recommend without hesitation!

I have already ordered other times the adhesive labels for clothes and they are wonderful, if you forget a garment to put the name, in a moment you have it solved, they hold a lot of washes and if you then pass the clothes to someone it does not cost anything to remove the name. In the last order I had a problem with the delivery and they solved it right away and without any additional charge, I am delighted.

Very bad service. More than a month waiting for my order, they tell me that I have not put the correct address and it is not so, I will not buy here again and I'm still waiting for my order to arrive.
