I have been buying these labels for books and notebooks on a regular basis for 4 years now, my children have so much fun choosing colors and designs and by now they are the ones who remind me that it is time to order them. Thank you Petit-Fernand, see you next year!

Easy purchasing and fast shipping

High-quality product (customizable decorated bottle). The gourd is sturdy and keeps the water fresh! Used in very hot weather, the water is always fresh at the end of the day. The icing on the cake is, of course, the customization! Received in a sturdy parcel.

1st order came after 1 week, so nothing for spontaneous. This was incorrect, allegedly I have misspelled my last name (instead of 2 mm with 4!) but I'm sure that I have checked extra u so what you see at first glance, as with Müllller!!!! . after 3 days back and forth a goodwill replacement delivery announced. This came after about 3 weeks... Child was already almost back, driven without stickers, labeled with Edding. This time it was the fault of a promotion... Unfortunately no recommendation Addendum. If you look at the reviews, customer service is on a straight line... express regret, look for mistakes outside, say thank you and advertise. The last name was wrong 'mmmm' instead of 'mm'! You don't have to read to see that something is wrong and there was no possibility of an order overview with the data (which I requested so as not to falsely denounce someone) to see where the mistake was! No, not again.

Everything is perfect, the product is ideal and of great quality. I will repeat for sure!

We haven't used them yet on items or clothes but will be in september for school. They come in a book with the stickers chosen. We chose, clothes, shoes and item stickers and got plenty of them all and also has pages on stickers such as unicorns, food, etc for my daughter to use on herself. The service was great and was delivered very quickly. I had typed fast and missed a letter out of the surname and didn't notice till had ordered them. It was quick and easy to ring them and was changed then and there on the phone. Very helpful. Looking forward to trying the products out.

A service that unfortunately can't meet the delivery times advertised on the site, and which sends out a three-day warning by e-mail once the order has been placed. It's a real shame. I live abroad and was passing through France, so I had arranged to receive these labels on time. But now I'm left with nothing because the order had to be cancelled, as the service didn't clearly give me the new delivery date. The refund was made and the after-sales service was reactive on this point, but that didn't solve the problem. Having been warned too late, I was unable to order elsewhere. So back to school without personalized labels. A big disappointment for my children who had spent time with me to personalize their labels. It would be enough to announce other deadlines, even temporarily, on the site to avoid disappointment. Reading the reviews now, I can see that I'm not the first and that this problem dates back a long way. The postal services can't be solely responsible. It's up to the site to be transparent and honest, but also to react and anticipate overcharges. No hard feelings and see you next time!

I ordered labels on July 11 (order 3000730880), on July 20 I receive an envelope with a gift box but without the labels. I immediately communicate with customer service who assures me that within 48 hours they will be sent back. Today is August 5 and I still have not received anything but continue to receive service evaluation request. Unfortunately, it can only be very negative.
