The snack box I ordered is not great, the customization on it is a poorly stuck film. The customer service, however very efficient, sent me another box but it was also poorly stuck. I now have two boxes, so the customization is not up to what one can expect from French manufacturing. The 3 stars are for customer service and delivery speed.

I am not happy unlike the labels I had bought previously. The ones I received require an iron to stick them on, whereas this was not specified at all in the description. I have better things to do; I simply wanted labels to stick on. Moreover, with the iron, the labels are impossible to remove, so I won't be able to resell my children's clothes as I used to... a waste of time and money. I am not happy at all.
