Always so satisfied! I highly recommend placing an order for your labels - you won't be disappointed. Fast and efficient customer service! The labels hold well on clothes and objects. However, you have to be careful how you stick the iron-on ones, because if all the edges aren't well adhered, the label lifts off when you wash it!

I have placed several orders and it would be great if you could separate the "sticker booklets" by name individually. Or at least inform the customer that you are going to unify all the stickers in a single booklet (at no time is informed and I have sent emails to send them to me separately and still I have received all the stickers together in a single booklet). For example: if you order stickers for Jose, Carlos, Ana, Paula, Silvia and Felix, you don't know how they are going to arrive. You don't know how they will arrive (probably all together as they have arrived to me on all occasions). The best thing would be to have a booklet of stickers for each child; one with all the stickers for Jose, another with those of Carlos, another with those of Ana, and so on with those of all of them. I have bought them as gifts for several people and I have always had to tear the booklets, spoiling the detail (and leaving a very ugly presentation of the article). It would be great if you could inform the customer about how it will be sent or ask if the customer wants them separately, together (for example boys in one booklet and girls in another) or if they are indifferent (with an example to make it clear).

They are fast and the labels are beautiful and just as you design them.

Order placed a little later than expected but compliant

One star is still not enough. I ordered school stickers in mid-July, but the goods still hadn't arrived after a week, so I asked. I was told that the goods would be dispatched within 48 hours as promised on the website. After a few more days had passed, I asked again. The same person (only one Marylin works there?) told me that there was a promotion going on and that the goods had unfortunately only been dispatched the day before? So the first statement was an outright lie! I then canceled the order due to the late delivery (it was supposed to be a gift). They then canceled and apologized and announced with a big heart that I should still accept the goods because they were personalized. So as a small compensation. Nothing happens for days, I ask again. Then the statement (original sound): "The moment we have refunded you the money, we no longer need to supply you...". So, customer support that really CANNOT be trusted!

I ordered all the stickers in the same color but then in the confirmation email they were listed differently. I didn't notice and that's how they arrived, green with light yellow lettering.

This is the second year I have used them and they are great.

From editing to shipping everything was great. We had already tried the clothing stickers last year and they are very good.

Most of the labels are poorly cut and the unfilled white tip is visible and looks a bit ugly.
