I am so sorry to write this review because I have always been very happy with products and shipping time. This time, I did not receive the labels ordered in early August or even the response asking for clarification, despite the fact that 72h have elapsed since the question. To date, I do not know where the labels are. I will ask for a refund.

We absolutely love these stickers. Choosing the design has become a part of the back to school preparation each year. The stickers are excellent value and they work really well. Even after being washed and tumble dried for a year, they don't budge. Gone are the days of stitching name labels into uniforms. I can't get everything labelled in 5 minutes with these. I would never use anything else now and can't recommend them highly enough.
