Usually no problems. Pleasant site, products conform, customizable is pleasant. However, please ensure that the correct address is entered when placing an order from one year to the next. Because there's no reconfirmation of the address when you order, you go straight to payment without any verification. I contacted customer service within the hour to explain that I was no longer at that address. They replied the next day to tell me that it had already been dispatched and that if the letter carrier couldn't find it, it would be returned to sender. After two weeks of waiting, I finally went to the old rental house to see that it was in the mailbox. I contacted the post office to get it back, but it was a failure. The house had been sold, so there was no longer a tenant in it.
