Everything as requested and in a very short time
Disappointed because the order was missing Impossible to get customer service on the phone for a complaint, you have to go through the internet and wait for the processing times Commercial gesture for the error that must be claimed and minimal compared to the proposals offered at that time So the labels were received with a delay of more than a week and therefore arrived too late for my son's camp.
It's very practical and my son loves it. I recommend it.

Great design, quality and service! I usually take labels and last time I took the luchboxes for the kids, the seal had broken after a short time but my 5 year old son uses it independently so I don't blame the quality at all, anyway I asked them to resend me another one and I didn't even have the pictures unfortunately but without hesitation they resend me one at their expense! Excellent indeed! Thank you!

Quality labels. Fast delivery despite COVID 19
Beautiful rendering, the labels are perfect, but the waiting time justifies this mark.
Unfortunately, the labels don't hold well. I ordered them for my son's bodysuits. Unfortunately, you have to sew them directly onto cotton. They came off again after 2 washes!

Termo-adhesive labels don't adhere well
The labels are super practical, customizable and adaptable to any object. This is the 3rd year I've ordered, and I'm really happy with all the labels. The ones on the clothes have never come off, and neither have the ones on the pencils. I order extra labels every time I go back to school, depending on my needs, which makes my life so much easier!

Always satisfied with the brand's labels. I've just bought the Primary pack for my daughter, despite having a few left over from the Nursery pack, and she's delighted. They're top-quality labels that stand up to machine washing (washing machine and dishwasher) and the girls love to see their names personalized with the design they've chosen.
Once again, I'm completely satisfied. A wide range of customization options, very short lead times, an attractive price, and above all, top-quality labels - we've been using them for 3 years now!
Not perfect because an index card for my daughter was put in my son's leaflet and no stickers for my son even though they were present for my daughter.
