Second time I have ordered from you and again fantastic. Quality is fantastic, last years sticker labels (non iron) stayed intact all year round, even when tumble dried and washed at 40 degrees. My son loves them and enjoys designing them as well.

The booklet is very well done, with all the explanations and the essential paper to fix them without damaging the iron! All that's left is to use it.

Labels darker when printed than on the website visual. I would have changed the colors with a better preview before ordering. Nice quality of service though.

The quality of the stickers is good, as far as I can tell. Implementation of the order and customer service unfortunately not so. I ordered 2 sets (1x school set 1x basic set) for 2 children. For over 40 . These were delivered mixed up in a booklet! Bad if these should be in school bag and sibling bag. I then kindly asked the customer service if you could please send me another booklet with ironing paper and then I would make 2 sets myself. However, this was not possible because if I wanted to have 2 sets each in a separate brochure then I would have to place 2 separate orders!!!! I could not find this procedure anywhere on the site. Even when I asked where this would be noted in the store, I only got the answer that this would unfortunately be the procedure... not very customer friendly!
