The order never arrived. it is now September 16 and I placed the order on August 27. I was told that it is not their fault for the delay. After several orders I have continued to rely on Petit-Fernand plates, but with this latest order, unfortunately, it did not go well. Ordered on September 2, 2019, as of today, September 16, they still have not arrived. I understand that the problem is with the Italian postal service, but when I wrote to the Petit-fernand contacts I got an email asking me to be patient until Sept. 17!!! I can understand 10 days, given the slowness of the Italian postal service, but 15 days from the order seems excessive! So bad handling of orders that did not arrive. I had to order from another site where they arrived in 3 days from order. From customer service I expected more.

At the moment not good review.
