After a first order 4 years ago, I repeat every year to update my stock as needed. I keep the same design and colors to maintain harmony. The labels stand up very well to daily use, machine washing and dishwashing.

Always so efficient, and my son loves to personalize his labels. What's more, my son is really absent-minded, and more than once the organizers or teachers have praised these labels because they make it possible to find things very quickly. They hold laundry. In short, I've been a fan for 3 years, and it's easy to see why they've become our first back-to-school purchase.

Labels on garments peel off after first wash!!!!All garments are affected, despite following the instructions for use. Very dissatisfied because of the risk of losing the clothes (used for the Centre aéré) and loss of time and money.

I am disappointed with the service because I had noted when ordering that my daughter was leaving for camp the following week and I wanted to know if the labels would arrive in time but no answer. When I received the order after my daughter's departure, I sent a message to the after-sales service. The answer was that it had to be stipulated in the contact form and not in the order. But how do I know as a customer? It's my fault if I didn't go to the right place. I'm disappointed with the after-sales service.
