It's a shame, the iron-on labels are so pretty and well packaged, but they don't hold up even when you follow the instructions.

Here are some initial points to watch out for: Problems may be caused by an iron temperature that's too low. And if you've used a steam iron, you need to turn off the steam. To ensure that your iron-on labels are properly adhered: - your textile must withstand the temperature of a 200° iron - place the label + greaseproof paper and apply strong pressure with a hot iron for 12 seconds (without steam!). - It's best to let the labels rest for 24 hours before wearing or washing the garment. If you still don't see any improvement, please send an email to our customer service department with a photo showing the problem: [email protected] Very nice day, Alexandra.

I was a little disappointed with the delivery. We have ordered from Petit Fernand in England before and it was better quality. But it is possible that this would be the same problem now. It also took a very long time for the stickers to arrive.
