I placed the order on 28.08 and the package arrived 11.09. despite several emails I never got any response from customer service. If not the usual automatic response "we will ship your package within 48 hours". Customer care is crucial for a company. You cannot ignore customers. I was so disappointed.

At the moment not good review. Ordered the labels on a Friday, the following Thursdayand I get an email warning me that the 48h delivery time cannot be met as they said and that the labels are being reprinted. conclusion: my daughter has already started school but I can't deliver the materials because they are not labeled. I asked for my money back because I don't need the labels +, but I still haven't received a response.

Very nice products but very bad customer service. I ordered some stickers and another product. They notify me by email that the product will be shipping late and they will give some free stickers. After a few days an email arrives notifying me that the order has shipped. I assume that the items will arrive all at once. I receive it, but in the envelope I find only the product and the free stickers, no label. I write notifying them that I have received the package but the labels are missing, they reply that the labels were shipped separately; nil mention of my communication regarding the fact that they have not yet arrived and what I will have to do if they do not arrive, which is definitely likely, since if the shipment of the product was late I imagine that the labels were shipped first...of course I can only guess since they did not even inform me when they were shipped. I rewrite asking for more information, but all is silent.... The order is dated 28/08. I am still waiting.

It has been 15 days since the purchase and I still have not received my order. I have filed a claim and they tell me that there has been a problem with the printing of the labels and that they will do it again. I received someone else's order (wrong name tags) and the lunch box bag was missing. This order arrived within 9 days (6 working days). I sent an e-mail to the "contact" for my label, but the telephone number only answered on an answering machine which said that all exchanges were by e-mail. I received a reply within a day, with apologies. The order was resumed and scheduled for 48 hours ...
