These are adorable and came in a cute booklet to keep the spare ones safe for the next time I need them. They also came with a sticker sheet which wasn't advertised and my daughter loved them. The quality seems high although they've not been through the wash yet, they seem very strong and well laminated. They have stuck well to the lables. Postage was fast and the options for colours, use, font, pictures etc was very good. I quickly found exactly what I wanted.

Warning! Do not order from them! I ordered several items, and those are stuck at UK customs! Petit-Fernand is asking me to manage now! Even if I already paid taxes and delivery charges to them. Disgusting behaviour before school rush... avoid. As website is .co.uk and customer service number starts at +44, I was not even aware that the items will be posted from outside of UK! Avoid, avoid, avoid'

Hello, as explained to you via email, VAT charges and custom charges are different. Custom charges that are now present because the UK is no longer part of the EU, are out of our control unfortunately. I hope you are able to receive your parcel soon!
