Great but difficult to remove

Only the delivery failed, a little late. The material was great.

The product is fine, but the shipment took a long time and it is very complicated to get solutions from customer service. My order was automatically cancelled due to non-payment even though it was paid for. Despite sending them proof of payment and insisting on the issue by email, they offered me no solutions other than to place another order and pay again. Fortunately I called them by phone and they verified that it was paid for and they were able to send it to me. Even so, the waiting times and the attention I received make me think a lot about placing another order.

Quick, easy and straightforward to order and delivered! Great labels third year I've ordered for childrens uniform. Last ages still have labels on old uniforms after numerous washes.

Labels all peeled off after 1st wash! Huge disappointment! Waste of money and time gluing them, for nothing! I won't do it again and don't recommend them. ??

48-hour delivery not respected

Received stickers in a booklet. Have just stuck them onto new clothes so haven't washed them yet so don't know how well they wash. Will get more if they wash well!

Honestly don't know what I would have done without the wonderful products from Petit-Fernand. The hours of sewing that I've saved! Labels still in place after 2 years! And not a single item of school uniform unaccounted for! Item labels a lifesaver particularly as several children have the same water bottle. Have just purchased for my nephew who is about to start school and he loves the different designs and colours.

The spout has adjustable flow but unfortunately every time you need to open it and touch it, the cap is a bit hard. Very expensive shipping charges, they raise the total price of the product. Overall, the water bottle is very nice, the material environmentally friendly and durable.
