I ordered thermo adhesive labels on February 15 and unfortunately to date have not received it. As stated on the site, label shipments are not trackable so it is not possible to tell where/what the shipment is

Our mailings are all done by priority mail, it takes 2 to 6 business days for them to arrive, but sometimes depending on the pace from the post office, it can take up to 10 business days.
