Unfortunately, the envelope arrived and it was wet so the items were damaged ... rather not so nice
The delivery at the collection point is bad, I still do not have my order for more than a month. The collection point is always closed and after 10 days the order has been returned to the sender with no possibility of collection or home delivery.
Too expensive is exaggerating the price
Since I placed my order and paid for it I haven't received anything?
I have a problem with my labels no answer
Disappointing. I placed my order on August 1 and it still hasn't arrived. It says in the order tracking that it is delivered but I have not received anything. I try to send an email by web to claim and the 80 times I've tried it gives error, I also contacted them by social networks and they do not answer either. What a scam.
Quality, a complaint was lodged
I've always been happy with my orders, but this year I can't remove the label! I have to fight with the leaflet to get the label off. Too bad....
Haven't received our order, nearly 4 wks after placing order!
I'm disappointed I've ordered several times before and everything was fine The ones I've just received are very badly printed boards They tear and the tape comes off at the same time
Of two products, one was not available. The labels, on the other hand, did not arrive, they sent them back, and I am still waiting
I'd heard lots of good things so places an order for our 4 children, the order Was placed on the 22nd of July, it never arrived, I contacted them after the 10 days delivery, they said they'd send a replacement, this still hasn't arrived. It's now the 20th of August and we still don't have our order. Apparently we have to wait another 2 days to see if the replacement gets delivered, which I have no hope for at this point.

The iron-on labels all come off in the first wash at 30°C. I am very disappointed.

Unfortunately, the stickers are much too big for pens. Visually and in terms of quality, it looks good. But I had to wait a very long time and it didn't fulfill what I ordered it for.

I have never bought anything from this company. Someone else has used my email to avoid having to subscribe and now I am being bombarded by their spam. Avoid.

The first set of labels never arrived and I had to chase them up to receive my order. I have just got around to labelling my children's school uniform. The labels won't peel off easily. Almost like they haven't been cut properly. When they do peel off, they sometimes have an extra bit of shiny film coming off too. The edges are frilly, almost as if they are too thin. They are also ripping. I have ordered these labels many times before and have not had these issues before. I don't know if they have changed the materials or how they are made but they are now terrible quality.
Label too big for small equipment
My order has not arrived! Money was paid in nicely but my order never arrived although I got the email it was already delivered! :/ I find it very annoying!
I didn't get the order I placed online at all. I received two packs of labels in various sizes, even though I had ordered a full pack and an additional order of special labels for pens/felts/pencils. So I'm in a quandary, as I don't have enough thin labels for my two children.
A delivery point of those offered on the web was scheduled, however it never arrived and I realized that this delivery point was already closed for good points I contacted you and you offered me children after delivery options but the order was not sent where I asked but to another delivery point totally different and without notifying me. As I did not go to pick it up because I was not notified of the delivery it was returned and again sent back to another random delivery point. I have not been able to pick it up because I am on vacation and it has been a long time since the order was placed. The result is that I placed the order in the middle of July and a month later I still do not have it.
Order not delivered. I still haven't received anything, my order having left on July 25.
Order never received. Very disappointed
I placed my order on August 2nd, they sent me an email that the order would be delivered in 24 hours, until the 6th they did not send it, the transport agency sent me an email to say that it will be delivered on the 12th and today the 9th and the transport agency sent me an email to say that the delivery is delayed. When will it be delivered? I write an email to the store to see what solution they give me and they offer me a discount code for future purchases. The problem I have now is that a discount is worthless to me when I have already made my purchase. Obviously I will not buy or recommend again.

Item still undelivered 12 days after order.
I haven't received my order, it's been waiting at the sorting center since July 29th. I phoned and they didn't speak French. I wrote an e-mail, with only one reply in return, and since then nothing.
1st order placed and last! I chose express delivery at 9.50 the 1st parcel never arrived. They made a new shipment that I received. I used to order from the competitor a-qui-s, and well I will continue!!!!
Do not recommend at all!!!? I paid extra because how fast is it possible to get my stuff. In the page it says 2-4 days but today 6 days got a shipment number that does not work at all and still not there?!??
