They came off in wash and became very sticky but the picture is good washed in cold too

The work and the workplace itself are very pleasant. The only downside is one of the managers. I don't know if the supervisors have any management training, but as an employee you get the feeling that they don't. You can feel it in the way they talk and manage the team. You can feel it in the way they talk and manage the team. Phrases like "I'm disappointed in you", "If your knee really hurt, you wouldn't be able to walk, so that's no reason not to come", "Since you're only pretending to work" can't come from the mouth of a superior. A manager is supposed to give feedback by showing the right way of doing things and explaining why other ways of doing things are not the right ones. All this without letting emotions speak for themselves, because the human element should be at the center, not the emotional. These behaviors have driven people away, and I've thought about it myself. I understand that a company that operates on a seasonal basis, and therefore with a fast-moving team, prefers to keep supervisors who know the work and are involved, but that can't excuse these behaviors, and in any case it can only harm the company in the long term (in my humble opinion).

I used to use another brand, but I wanted to try this one and unfortunately I'm very disappointed. After the 1st wash at 30°C, the labels were already peeling off, even though I had followed the instructions carefully...

The backpack is not suitable for toddlers. It's written for ages 3 and up, but I'm looking for a more suitable one.

Then considering the misunderstandings there were, with the failure to send the personalized bag and the name on the water bottle ruined only after one day, and the immediate resolution provided by petit Fernand I can say that I am quite satisfied with the service.

Ordered iron-on labels, very disappointed, after two washes, half of them have already peeled off... even though I followed the instructions to the letter.

I find it very practical, I love the different labels. The booklet system is also very well done. Honestly, everything is good and the shipping is fast too. But I find that the labels don't hold on certain garments like jeans and certain materials. I'm a bit disappointed, I have a dozen that didn't last two weeks, so I'm going to have to recommend some. It bugs me because it's for my twins who are in kindergarten, I really like the labels. Do you have a buffer system?

Delivery time not respected. I ordered a gourd on 24/08, at the time of the order it was announced a delivery between 2 and 4 days. I received it on 13l09.

The site is very good and delivery very fast. On the other hand, I find that the labels do not peel off easily from the backing and are damaged before being used.

Clothing labels peel off

Nice looking labels and good delivery. However after one wash the stickers came off my sons school Tops. Not had this problem from other label companies before.

The snack box isn't easy for kids to open and isn't watertight. The gourd leaked! You have to be very careful. Promotional codes don't work... The labels are fine.

The models are really pretty, but the thermal labels don't hold. After the first wash, they've already peeled off, even though I followed the instructions! What a shame!

Hello my negative opinion does not concern the products but rather the delivery, it is written between 2 and 4 working days concerning me one passed the 7 days and unfortunately I counted on this delivery. And the delivery tracking was also catastrophic, it said parcel delivered when it was not.

The products are great. Apart from a gourd that loses its decoration after a week and a customer service department that hasn't replied to my email in 5 days.

Fast delivery, well-designed site but low quality product for the high price.

I'm disappointed with my experience following a first order on the site that I should have received before the start of the school year. First of all, the parcel arrived completely damaged and opened at the post office with items missing. I had to return the order, thinking that the items had been stolen. The postman advised me to refuse the parcel, which was confirmed by the site advisor I spoke to on the phone. The problem was that the items were out of stock and the consultant didn't mention this to me. What's more, I had to wait 2 weeks to receive my second order, even though it was supposed to be sent without delay (which was promised to me by the site's consultant), but she preferred to wait for the order to be returned incomplete, which is not commercial. As a result, I've been unable to label my child's school supplies for the start of the new school year and have had to complete my order elsewhere.

Fantastic quality, however they come off in the washer which I'm a little disheartened about due to them been for school uniform.

No delivery arrived, despite the additional costs paid for fast delivery. But then the amount was quickly transferred back. So I can't say anything about the quality, but the rest was okay.

The clothing labels arrived "unshaped" so I have to peel them off myself with scissors. The standard adhesive labels, on the other hand, are perfect.

The delivery was perfect, but unfortunately the labels didn't fit on a 30-pack, so I had to reapply about 15 of them. Too bad

The product is as good as ever. But the product for another child was sent to me first. And that took forever - easily 2.5 weeks. However, the replacement with the correct name arrived quickly and without any problems.

The colours aren't as vibrant. The red looks faded and orange. Also the image I chose is off centre so they just look quite poorly made this time. Shame as I order every year!

The stickers are fine but it takes 2 weeks to receive them if you live in the UK. If I was aware at checkout that the shipping would take so long I would not have purchased the labels. There is fine print that says shipping takes 10 business days but you have to looks for it

I use the labels to mark my big boy's clothes and they are very good, machine washable. Perfect

Unfortunately, I did not have the pleasure of receiving the labels. In the first order already late they kindly sent everything back to me, but this second shipment also failed. I hope to at least receive a refund.

The 24-hour delivery, which is quite expensive, was not respected and I received my parcel 2 days later. Not normal. However, the prints were in order and there were no problems with the product.

Product did not arrive

Not great, doesn't hold on all garments, already found 5 labels in the washing machine, yet I put them on the garment label and pressed on them for a long time. A bit disappointed.

Disappointed. The labels come off one by one with each wash and I find some stuck on other clothes... in the drum of the machine... I thought I'd make my life easier... but there's nothing like a marker on the garment label... I won't make the mistake of cutting them off again...

A little disappointing this time round. I've used Petit-Fernand since my son started school, however this year the quality doesn't seem as good. The stickers aren't cut out sufficiently and when I attempt to remove them from the sheet quite a few have ripped. Hopefully it's just a bad batch but being I buy them a year at a time I just have to suck it up and deal with it until next time!

My order didn't arrive at all and my little boy started school without any of his clothes labelled. Customer Services resent however I received someone else's order. Not reliable, would not recommend.

Hello, quality labels. Conforms to the visual. On the other hand, the big negative point is the delay. I'm used to ordering them and this is the first year it's taken so long.

Good self-adhesive labels, the quality is always there. The iron-on labels aren't as good, I was expecting something with more of a "fabric" feel, but they're still plastic. It's a pity, because I'd taken them for clothes where the label can itch on the neck, but in the end it's the same as the sticky ones, with less practicality. Maybe, on the other hand, they'll last longer... but that's not my intention, as clothes are meant to be worn. The new water bottles are great, but it's a shame we didn't adapt the new caps to the old bottles to take advantage of this evolution. Finally, the relay point didn't have the same opening hours as those indicated on the website, which is very problematic when you're working.

Unfortunately, most of the labels fell off after the 1st wash.
