Well I think it's because of the post office I didn't receive my order quickly! I placed 2 orders and only received one.

The stickers are very easy to remove from the backing paper

Currently nothing to say about labels for objects. But the iron-on labels suck. No matter how well I follow the instructions for use, they come off after a while. I've wasted my money on these labels.

This it the third time a buy this product and I've always been impressed. However, this time around I am struggling to get the stickers out and some of them are breaking. It might be a specific issues with these particular ones.

It's the second time I've ordered and the labels do not stay on after a wash

It is fine, although a few years ago for my older daughter the labels could be ordered without any drawing, and in the economic PAC, now you have to do it one by one and it is more expensive if you want the option without drawing.

We already ordered iron-on labels last year, following the advice on fitting and resting ... after the first machine ( 30°C as recommended ) most of them had peeled off. This year again, but with self-adhesive labels ... Really disappointed.

Everything is fine except that I had ordered the labels with two different first names. Unlike the previous order, we received everything in a single booklet with a single sheet of fun stickers. My children would have liked to have their own booklet, especially as last year they had taken it to school to stick their labels there.

I did not like the delivery method, because I was not allowed to put my home address, unlike in previous years. I had to choose a local store and when the package arrived there they told the postal worker that they were no longer receiving them there, the postal worker contacted me and I had to contact him to pick up my package, so the delivery was quite cumbersome. The products arrived well, but I tell you, the delivery of the products should be improved.

One letter missing from the first name on the bag, the sticker on the snack box stuck on crookedly, for the price I find it light. And it was impossible to contact them...

Pblem of order, to this day not solved because the recreated order left in another place of withdrawal !!!!!

I received my labels 10 days after school started, even though the order was placed well in advance.

The print fits, but unfortunately the stickers are not really well punched out, so I have to remove every single sticker (!) from the foil again with nail scissors, otherwise you can't get them off at all. This is really tedious and tests my patience to the limit.

Order of August 16 still not received (we are on 4/09), it was suggested to me on 30/08 to reorder because it was too complicated to launch a tracking procedure with Chronopost. I accepted and asked for free delivery charges for an express order (for back-to-school week). The code received was invalid, and it took 5 days to get an answer after my complaint e-mail. Too late, I ordered on your competitor's site. Order received today, unbeatable. I am very disappointed by C-monetiquette, it was my last order with you.

Order and delivery ok and fast The quality (color, feel, adhesive strength, etc.) is ok. Unfortunately, it is difficult to remove the adhesive from the booklet and the edges are often torn. Cutting solves the problem but is not practical.

The garment labels are in order, but all the object labels have a printing defect, with a white unprinted area of 1 to 2mm on the left, due to the printing offset on the self-adhesive board. The offset is very visible, as the label normally has a dark blue background. I wonder about the controls. It's a disappointing experience.

All very good and fast, the only thing is that I got the wrong labels because I didn't want them to be thermoadesivas but I will wear them anyway because I liked them and this way I can try them and compare which ones are better.

The labels are superb and very easy to apply, but the first time my daughter's denim jacket is washed at 30°, the label comes off....

Purchased kindergarten water bottle, much too big for a ps child, and heavy in the bag once full.

The water bottles for children are really very pretty and the finish is top-notch, but I'm very disappointed because they're not at all leak-proof enough for children to carry around. My daughter can't leave it in her school bag without risking her notebooks... It's a real shame, especially at this price...

Very nice gourds, shipped quickly. Solid except for the drawings. Barely used the 1st days, the drawings come off, which is a real shame.

I like the stickers and the ordering process, but I've just washed my first t-shirt with an iron on label and it's already peeling off. Not impressed

The girls (11 and 13) loved the choices of designs, they stuck well to the their clothes. They are both really happy with them. I felt they were more difficult to remove from the pack this year, several became misshapen getting them out - I didn't have this problem last time I ordered. If this had been my first order I wouldn't order them again. As it is - I'll get a similar product but maybe from a different company.

Hello, I have always been satisfied with my orders, but unfortunately this one I received labels from another person. Does this happen? I just couldn't label my daughter's things for school. That won't stop me from recommending ?

I have been ordering labels from you for years now and apart from a few minor hiccups in one order where the labels always came off , I have been fine. The only flaw , in this last order is the fact that the package arrived to me all ruined , half opened and crumpled. I had taken photos but then I left for vacation and can no longer find them as I had to delete photos

I did not receive the labels in the time stated on the order and I received them in a SEUR receiving center that was not the one I had chosen when I made the purchase. And no one notified me of the change. Finally, the package was quite damaged. Unfortunately we will not order anything from here again. I can send photos of what I am referring to

Hello I was really disappointed by the low quality of the products I bought once I received them.

Unfortunately I bought a gourd and a lunch box for my son who is starting kindergarten, and they are not suitable for a 3 year old, he can't open his lunch box or his gourd and I have to force him to. At the price I paid for them, I'm sorry.

Disappointed with the quality of the products supplied, in particular the iron-on labels (a break that doesn't hold) and the shoe labels, which my 2.5-year-old daughter was able to remove without any problem.

I've been ordering from your site for several years now, and so far I've never been disappointed, and have even recommended it to friends and family. This year, I didn't receive the labels and I'm going back to school without them. Problem with the letter carrier? Address problem? I don't know. But you have quality products and I thank you for that.

The choice of prints is great, the bottles are beautiful but I'm very disappointed, the design started to come off after a week, as well as a letter from her first name ?? even though we take good care of it. I wouldn't recommend it.

I bought a very pretty personalized water bottle, but it's dangerous because it's not watertight. It emptied into my son's schoolbag and I'm sure (because I've checked it a thousand times with my husband) that it wasn't us who didn't close it properly. I've written to customer service and so far there's been no reply.

I ordered my son's labels on 19/08, to this day I still have nothing. I have not noted any business. I am really not satisfied. Sincerely

Ordered the stick on sticker this time but was really happy with them. They ar3 hard to peel off the backing paying resulting in 1 corner becoming crinkled and then they are easy to peel of the garment. Will be re ordering the iron on ones again as they were great

The stickers don't seem to have been cut properly. They were very hard to remove from the backing and when I did manage to remove one it was all misshapen on the corners.

I ordered a snack box and I'm disappointed with the result: a simple label stuck on the box. I was expecting something better, too bad. Otherwise it is very beautiful and good quality to see in time.
