I'm a bit disappointed with the water bottle caps on the old ones. They don't hold well and they break. It's a real shame. The new system looks much better but I can't afford to buy new bottles when they're from last summer...

The labels are nice but they take a long time to arrive, more than indicated. Besides, they were supposed to arrive in a mailbox (normal shipping) and they arrived by registered mail, which is a problem for me since I am never at home and in my town they only open the post office 2 hours a day in the mornings.

My first order a few years ago went very well. I ordered 10 days ago labels for clothes, the design is very nice (choice in customization) fast shipping but I did not really like the quality of labels: very hard to detach so it is easy to deform a corner label to catch and there are even sometimes the first transparent plastic film of the label next to it that comes with it I think we should review the precutting to avoid this kind of inconvenience.

I had ordered two years ago for my first daughter. I find that the choice and quantity of labels has been greatly reduced. Gourd with straw, the gourd is very pretty but the lid doesn't seem to be of great quality, to be seen with time. They say there's an air hole right next to the straw, so if the child leans over a little to drink, it spills. Then they say 480 ml, but you put in 400/430, no more. I warned them, but they didn't make up for it.

Quick and careful delivery BUT: My son's forehead is stuck in the cap when he drinks. There's a small hole to release the air when he sucks through the straw, but as soon as the bottle is turned upside down, all the water comes out through it. I'd have to think of a one-way valve to avoid this problem, or I'd have to use scotch tape, but when he sucks for too long, it depressurizes and all the water comes out through the seal, so in any case he gets soaked. The quality of the materials is very average, and once you've dropped the stroller, the paintwork is already damaged and marks are visible on the cap.
