Bought these last year and they were brilliant. This year unfortunately I have been very disappointed. The labels started to come off after 3 days in school and once washed every label fell off. I followed instructions so no idea why they are such poor quality

Bad. I placed an order that never arrived. The purchase was dated August 26th, and since delivery had not yet occurred in early September, I wrote to customer service. I received an email reply in which they "wished" me delivery on Sept. 11, which did not happen. I asked, therefore, for a refund and this time I received an automated reply email containing an invitation to review the service on this site!!!

I purchased 2 water bottles. One I received it on time the other did not arrive and I had to write to the company who after 2 weeks sent it to me. The product is very nice to look at and seems sturdy but as for the caps they have problems in closing . One leaks water and the other one does not screw on easily it seems that the threads do not match. i am not satisfied at all.

My experience has been very bad, to date since August 29th I have not received the order, I have no response from the company, I have sent many emails and the answer is automatic and I can not talk to anyone.
