I have been ordering the various labels for my daughters clothes and aprons for a few years now. last year I also got a water bottle, which ,I must say , is outstanding and my daughter loves it. This year I ordered a new cap for the water bottle, as well as beautiful labels for items. I had a problem with the new cap, as it was defective; immediately after writing to support, they immediately sent me a new cap. I highly recommend purchasing from Petit-fernand.
