First purchase from you, the labels were difficult to remove. The part that was supposed to allow for easy removal was not cut deep enough to allow the labels to be removed easily. Nevertheless, the labels were pretty.

Very disappointed with the quality: on my two lunch boxes, one had a decorative film that was peeling off and the other had a broken clasp. Customer service only replaced one box, but the new one arrived already scratched and dusty. I do not recommend
