Great service, arrived on time and they look great . Yet to really test the stickers out properly yet for lasting and durability as only just got them hence 4 stars but overall very happy and can't fault .

Beautiful products and speedy delivery

I bought 3 isothermal water bottles for the 3 kids, and they're lovely, sturdy, really isothermal and watertight! And the sport cap is well designed because you can retract it to avoid spilling everything in the bag. I love them and highly recommend !!!!

It is the best option to avoid having to mark clothes.

We ordered a lunch box, a drinking bottle and a personalized bag for the kindergarten. As soon as I unpacked the lunch box, I noticed that it only had stickers on the top. How long will that last? On closer inspection, I also noticed that there were dirt particles under the glue. Unfortunately, the bottle also has scratches and 2 deeper dents/dents. The bag we ordered looks good, but unfortunately it arrived too small. We wanted size L and got size M. But it could also be that we may have made a mistake when ordering. I took photos and complained about everything by email. NO RESPONSE. Sent the same email again. Still NO RESPONSE. If no one gets back to us, we will contact Paypal. I was then offered a new lid and a new bottle. The items arrived today. The bottle is scratched again, even more than the first one. And the glue on the lunch box has air bubbles again. I contacted them again by email and asked for a refund. All I was offered was a ridiculous 10% voucher for my next order. As if I would order there again!

I personally didn't think that they would stay on the clothes especially the stick on labels but I was proved wrong. I also have the shoe labels. I have to say even the iron on labels have stayed on. I am a family of four during the week and six every other weekend. We have the washing machine on constantly. My 4 year old is going to primary school and I want to make sure he knows which are his clothes and shoes and these stickers are just a god send. Thank you! From a less stressed out mum ??

Hello, the labels are perfect, as is the picnic box. But the gourd is not, the 1st stopper, its cap is impossible to close, so I ordered another that closes well, but it leaks. Kind regards, Me Bonato.

Everything was fine, nothing to report. The only problem was the "late" arrival of the order. Even though there was no rush, the order took 24 days to arrive.
