My order of June 17 did not arrive. This is the first time this has happened. But when I phoned I was very well received and listened to. A second shipment is scheduled. I think this is due to a routing problem. I will remain loyal and recommend the site.

I placed an order on June 16 and have still not received any feedback as to whether and when the order was shipped.

I have placed several orders and the products have always been perfect! The last time I even needed to contact customer service to rectify an oversight I had and they were fast, very kind and efficient!

Very slow shipping. In this day and age it is unacceptable for an order to take 14 days to be delivered. They should use a fast courier service and not La Poste.
