Well I had always trusted you, plus I love your products, but I have several orders that do not arrive on time!!! And this last one took almost 1 month, which I needed for a valía I entered my son and were ordered almost 15 days in advance and came almost a month later!!! I am a little disappointed

The first time I didn't know what happened ( maybe because I didn't wait 24 hours after labelled my items) that all the sticker come out,but the customer service was sow helpful and kind and return my money, I've tried to wait 24 hours after putting the sticker and they still there after 2 years of washing, drying mashing and ironing. And if you want to change or taking out is so easy and don't leave any trace or mark's on clothing. For this reason I ordered for me daughter's each year when they start de school because is affordable price, enjoy creating new design and don't get ugly never( or at least in the last 2 years that we us).

I bought for the second time the labels (both the ones for the items and the thermoadhesive ones) I found them both times (2019-2021) quality, easy to apply and very beautiful thanks to the personalization. Last time the delivery was in very few days, while this year due to covid I had to wait a few more days, but precisely not the company's fault. So as far as I am concerned highly recommended!
