The first delivery was only part of the order. after a one-time inquiry, i received the complete delivery a few days later - it was very quick and uncomplicated

This is already my 2nd order, the first one went smoothly. However, I am now having difficulties with the 2nd order (a lunch box). It has not yet arrived. I informed customer service and got the answer that I should contact Deutsche Post. In my opinion, this should be the job of customer service.

The labels look fabulous. Haven't used them yet but hoping they will last not like my other labels from another supplier.
