I ordered for the second time on your site, the very first time I had ordered only iron-on labels and I was very satisfied.This time to facilitate my task I opted for a kit with self-adhesive labels, thermo, as well as those for shoes and accessories.I am VERY disappointed by the self-adhesive labels!!!! Most of them didn't stand up to my child's travels, and for the few that did !!!! They came off in the first wash, which didn't really please my washing machine! I'm still very satisfied with the delivery time and the ease of ordering.

First order received at my home. The second never arrived and I had to contact customer service... well, once I received the labels I wanted to put them on. The ones designed for sticking on clothing labels are great. On the other hand, the iron-on ones do NOT wash at all. After the first wash, "bye bye labels..." what a shame!

I really like the items I bought but I'm very surprised at the quality of the bottle caps! At 8 euros each, which I find horribly expensive, they only lasted a week! As it was a gift and my daughter was dreaming of a pink cap, she was very disappointed too... As it happens, the black one that came with it didn't last either!

I didn't receive my order; after contacting customer service (very good and efficient), they offered me either a refund or to send the order back. This time it arrived - thank you! The labels are well made, the printing is nice and neat, and they don't peel off. One suggestion would be to include order tracking or courier delivery among the shipping services. I think some customers would be willing to pay a little more for the security of receiving their order.

We liked the quality of the labels, both heat-sealable and adhesive. However, the contents of the crèche pack we ordered did not correspond at all to our actual needs for the crèche. In February I placed an order for three styles of labels: iron-on, sticky, and for objects.....ravis except for the thermo ones which, once they'd been put in the machine after returning from the holiday, came unstuck....the one my grandfather ordered years ago lol is still on the fabric .....pas compris la ... .

I keep buying the labels because the quality is acceptable and they have good designs but they really should be improved because many of them peel off, I will keep buying them but no matter how much I follow the instructions a (small) percentage of them do not work properly.

Unfortunately, we are totally disappointed with the lunch box. First of all, we received a faulty lid. This was replaced without any problems and the communication was really great and exemplary. We have now used the lunch box a few times and most of the print under the lunch box has already come off in the dishwasher and the first clip has broken off the lid. That is a real shame. Visually, the lunch box is really great, as is the design, but the quality is absolutely poor. For the price, we had expected a great tin all round.
