I had a problem with my labels but the customer service was fantastic.
I'm very happy with the object labels, they hold up well and are dishwasher-proof. However, the iron-on labels don't hold up at all. Despite following the instructions to the letter, after washing and drying in the tumble dryer, they peel off.
Love them ! So easy to design and They come in a lovely little book to store - and easy to put on clothes . Will definitely top up when I run out !
