I'm very happy with my thermo-adhesive labels: you can create a cool look and they're very easy to apply. The only drawback is that they bend a little on some surfaces after washing. Ideally, you should always stick them on a label! I recommend the product!

I am satisfied with the labels but during my last two orders I have the impression that the labels do not last as well over time. In addition, on both orders I ordered labels for shoes but I can no longer find the transparent stickers that were supplied to put on the label.

After several washes, the labels won't budge! A word of advice: avoid sticking labels on a folded fabric, such as children's jeans with an elastic waistband.

Very satisfied with the after-sales service! I ordered a bottle whose stopper seemed to have a defect after only a few weeks of normal use. I contacted the after-sales service who were very responsive and understanding, and promptly sent me another stopper. I didn't have to wait or pay for anything. We can now use the gourd without any worries, thank you! I'm giving it 4 stars and not 5, because the bottle is still big and heavy (because it's isothermal) for a 4-year-old, and the closing system isn't very practical in my opinion.

This time I also ordered a canteen, and the only thing less good I can say is that the lid is a little stiff as well as the opening and closing system of the drinking spout. My daughter is 6 years old and it is quite difficult for her to open it and drink. Otherwise everything is fine, as always.
