I love your labels because I have already ordered them several times I just find that the cover should be identical to the label model not always put a little monster which looks a little more boyish for my taste and in terms of longevity these lose their adhesion after two years still in the packaging Apart from that I really like it.

Hello I placed an order on Friday evening consisting of labels and a snack box. The next morning, I asked to cancel the order for the snack box. When I didn't get a reply, I repeated my request on Monday morning. I received a message saying that the parcel had already left! It's a shame and disappointing to have no way of contacting you other than via your website, knowing that no acknowledgement of receipt is sent afterwards!
