I ordered my labels on August 29th and to this day (September 9th) I still haven't received anything.... I sent an e-mail a few days ago and was told to wait until September 14...that there might be a delay due to the post office. I'm really annoyed because, like all moms, at the start of the new school year you need lots of labels for markers, pencils, books, etc....

Absolutely impractical water bottle. The swivel system for drinking and closing is extremely complex for a two-and-a-half year old. We are very disappointed with this product. What's more, the after-sales service won't listen.

I purchased a personalized steel water bottle and unfortunately the product I received is far below the quality I expected especially in relation to the price. In addition, it is a children's water bottle but has a fairly complicated locking system that makes it unusable for even three-year-olds and the printing does not have the same effect as it does on photos.

Look lovely, but poor quality compared to others (cheaper) I usually use. They don't stick very well with iron on and if you push more to get them to fully stick they melt/smudge. The ones I usually use, stick straight away and look neat and are less money.

The sticky labels for the clothes I have to cut them myself with scissors otherwise they won't come off; the water bottle cap broke the first time it was opened and even before I entered kindergarten: I wrote the facts to the customer office the day after the order was delivered and home to ask for a replacement cap but I'm still waiting I get a response. So o very disappointed
