I have been waiting more than 10 days for these labels, morale my daughter started kindergarten and I had to get more! When in the website they write that it takes 2 or 3 days! If I knew that, I definitely would not have placed the order!

Ordered the first batch had issues with paypal so had to pay on card. They arrived but took a week. Nice design and colour so I ordered a second batch these took 11 days to arrive by which time the first lot have been through the wash and already started to peel off despite following the instructions. Wish I hadnt wasted another £9 on the second lot which I wont even bother to use. Not a good quality product.

Delivered very late (still not received even though I placed the order on August 27). I had to make my daughter's labels myself. What's more, the after-sales service had nothing to do with it. No refund, nothing. Apparently, for them, 48 hours in real life is 15 days (bha yes dixit the SAV, delivery times of the post, they are not responsible). So apparently it's normal that I didn't get them on September 8! So everything's fine with them. False advertising, no 48-hour delivery. And no one behind the scenes. As soon as I have time I'm going to advertise your thieving, non-refunding company with their 48h false advertising. I therefore do not recommend this site at all, and I will never recommend your thieving site. I put a star because I have no choice otherwise it would be 0 star!
