On this occasion I have only given 3 stars due to an order mix up where I was sent somebody else's labels. I didn't like this as worried me somebody else had my child's name. I had to call twice to get this rectified & was offered no compensation/ discount for the mix up. However previous experiences have been very good.

Very disappointed with my purchase. The labels are nice, but once they're stuck on with an iron, as soon as the clothes go into the washing machine, they're all gone. I don't even want to try anything else, so too bad.

The stickers for clothing labels do not stick well at all- came off even without washing.

As I recall we found out that some of the clothes labels were you glued the stickers were made of fabric and it was the reason (it is indeed written in the instructions that they do not stick well on fabric), and that despite that we refunded you entirely, even the stickers you were happy with. THE PATTERNS ON THE BOTTLES ARE VERY WELL TRANSFERRED, GIVING A GOOD RENDER. On the other hand, in terms of quality/price, I'm disappointed. I bought two bottles and two months later I had to buy two caps with shipping costs of course! Then one of the caps failed again. Finally, the safety opening is a good idea, but difficult to grasp for small hands. The diameter of the gourd is quite large, so it would have been preferable if it had been thinner, given that it's a product intended for children. To sum up with the shipping costs, I find the price a little high and I wouldn't repeat this purchase for myself or as a gift for this product, which I thought was very attractive.

The labels did not attach as instructed and after seeking help I was advised the iron was not hot enough even though I had followed instructions originally given. I redid all the labels reluctantly and even now they peel off and have ripped. I will not be using these products again or recommend them.

The iron-on labels are great, but the adhesive labels were not easy to remove and broke several times. Response to "It's mine": The problem wasn't the removal itself - about halfway through, the sticker tore and broke. The perforation for peeling off was not continuous and that's why these problems occurred. The stickers themselves are great and dishwasher-safe, but at least 3 out of 4 broke and that's a lousy rate! And we were really careful!

Very fast service: I received my labels 2-3 days after ordering them! Super cute and highly customizable labels. However, they don't always hold very well and (perhaps obviously) crack with the elasticity of the fabrics 🙁 For me, the experience and service are great, but the products could be of better quality.

The product is nice but the customer service is terrible. Erroneous shipments and many kind emails but "empty" in content to provide solutions. In addition, the first time the product fell out of my hands it broke. I think that in a product designed for children that should not happen. And what is most annoying is that they treat the customer as a fool. They keep saying that I was not at home when they delivered the package when the delivery was made to an office with a receptionist from 7:00 to 22:00h. I doubt that the post office was outside these hours....

I have purchased the iron on clothing labels in the past & had no problems with them staying on the clothes. The recent labels I have purchased once the item has been in the wash the labels just fall off. Very disappointed.

The delivery time was much longer than the first order I placed. Also, the quality doesn't seem the same to me. The labels from the second order peel off after the first or second wash, some of them deteriorate when you do the initial gluing process, following the instructions to the letter. With the labels from the first order, I have never had any problems.
