I've been ordering since 2017, and the quality of the labels has deteriorated. Very satisfied until now, my last two orders clearly disappointed me. Parcel dispatched late and arrived after we had left on vacation (10 days after ordering!). Parcel found dumped in our garden and rescued by the post office !!!! Folded labels and damaged kit out of its packaging. In short, it's hard to do worse...it's a shame because the service is usually very good.

This time, I made a spelling mistake on my son's name, so I emailed them, and someone emailed me back the same morning to confirm it was corrected before it was sent off to the printer!!!
