Ordered for the first time, supposedly fast delivery, on August 23rd I ordered the obligatory water bottles for my children's school, 13 days later I still haven't received anything! As a result, my children have already returned to school and I've had to rush out and buy water bottles and labels to mark their belongings ... it's a bit mean all the same.

I thought I had ordered multi-purpose labels, but after receiving them I realized that they were just labels for objects. The site is not clear at any time I saw a part that tells me the type of label, the size yes but nothing explains that depending on the size the model is different. So I'll stick with felt in the end.

I bought the iron-on labels for my 3 year old son's clothes. And I'm very disappointed. After following all the instructions, the labels came off in the 1st wash. Or even without washing, when dressing my son, the label stayed in my hands. I absolutely don't recommend it!

Very disappointed: the iron-on labels for clothes went off in the 1st wash at 30c. Despite having followed the user guide (iron at maximum - 200c - linen/cotton position - no steam / press for 12 seconds with the greaseproof paper supplied)...... Textiles are suitable for ironing. In short! My label: "Nothing is marked and everything is lost"........

Long time lag from dispatch to actually receiving product. When items finally arrived some stickers actually missing from the ëschool pack'. Company still not responded to email. Would not use again or recommend. Highly expensive for poor unreliable service.
