The labels were supposed to be free thanks to a CAT code, but it never worked... I ordered anyway, since I had my son choose the patterns. Otherwise, no problem with the labels
I only received one out of two orders even though I was debited.
I bought 2 water bottles with 3 caps type 2014-2023, these caps are impossible to close, it's a horror! You have to put all your strength into it, even an adult can't do it, imagine a child. So unusable! What a waste...
I must have received it... The parcel is still on standby for delivery... God knows where 🙁
Previously satisfied, then an order where all the labels came off in the machine. Very disappointed with the after-sales service, the error is human, but it can be repaired. No reaction because after 3 months (so don't anticipate your orders too much).
I loved these sticker labels but found that a number of the labels are just falling off in wash and so wondered if was fault. Contacted customer service who were uninterested but said would give 20% discount code to buy more. When questioned defect was quoted terms and conditions (French despite buying from UK website). Changed that should be referring to English laws but just ignored and refused to engage, then send satisfaction survey! Would not buy again. If they has simply replaced the faulty stickers my experience would have been very different, but Chiara just is not interested in customer services and unwilling to even apply by the correct laws! *edit following response* The response speaks for itself. 20% discount on more isn't the best solution for the customer who bought a bumper pack that comes away in wash.

I ordered express delivery because I needed the labels very quickly. The order took a long time to be delivered. The express delivery charges were reimbursed but the labels were useless as my son had already left on his school trip when we received them. If I had known that express delivery was not possible, it would have had to be specified in the order and I would not have ordered.

Labels are delivered after the children have left on their trip. The time announced on the site is 2 to 4 days. delivered after 10 days . Interchanged with the company and pretended not to understand... even though a 15% discount had been granted.
I have ordered several times and it has always arrived correctly, this time the order has not arrived, they have sent it to me again and it has not arrived either, they have told me they will refund my money, I thought they were going to be interested because the package would arrive, I do not understand why they do not send a package with tracking.
I've ordered a few times from here and it has been brilliant. This time, my order didn't arrive. That was ok, these things can happen. Emailed- no response. Emailed again - no response. Found they were on Instagram, messaged them - no response. About a week later I got a response on Instagram. They told me I had to email. I'd already done that. Told them I will be going through PayPal to get a refund because their customer service was so bad. They told me I couldn't receive a refund without giving them my order number. I reclaimed my money through PayPal with no problem. A few days later I received an email back, apologising for what had happened and they would send a replacement for free. I am still waiting to see if this arrives. It has been 6 days and they do say up to 10 days. A real shame as in the past, I have recommended this company. Unfortunately, I will be looking for a new website to purchase the same item in the future. It's been 4 weeks now from my first initial purchase. From looking at the reviews on here, It seems it is happening alot.

Very disappointed with the quality. I ordered the iron-on labels and after the first wash they all came off, even though I followed the instructions for applying them. I had already ordered some a few years ago and the quality was much better!

Product. Non-compatible self-adhesive label is nothing more or less than paper that sticks like a stamp.

Disgraceful! I ordered 24h delivery with a delivery of 10 I received my order 1 week later!!! I had to buy something else in a hurry to identify the clothes of my children who were going to summer camp. I do not recommend this site
