We ordered a personalized stainless steel drinking bottle. The bottle itself is very nice. But unfortunately the letters came off after a short time and the rubber on the bottle leaked. We only washed the bottle by hand. After I complained about the bottle, I was only offered a 20% discount code with this explanation: "However, as we do not know the conditions of use or care of the drinking bottle, we are unfortunately unable to respond positively to your inquiry."
