Even before the labels were printed, I asked for them to be cancelled. This was not done and I was offered a 20% refund. I was not at all satisfied, especially as I had warned them before production started. I wouldn't recommend them again, as they clearly don't take their customers into consideration. I respected their cancellation policy, not at all.

Hello, it was announced 8 days to receive my package. Order made on 16/07 (or 15 I do not know). Today is the 27th and still nothing. This is the third time I've ordered the labels and they're great! However, I ordered two personalized stainless steel water bottles and the kids have been using them for two days now and the personalization is already going! I find this a real lack of quality. I really do personalize their stuff and it's always well done, but this is really disappointing.

The labels are not for clothes, you can only stick them on the wash labels otherwise they won't withstand machine washing. It's a scam, they don't say so on the purchase page.

This isn't my 1st order, but this one I'm really excited about. I ordered clothing labels for one of my sons, with a fire-engine red background. They arrived, but the background was more orange than red. For my other son I started putting them on the clothes, already 10 used and at the 1st wash already 5 labels peeled off and found in the drum of the washing machine and dryer.
