The parcel seems to have got lost and I haven't received any concrete reply.

We never received the order
I still haven't received anything from my order.....and it's July 12 ...,
My order never arrived, it's the first time this has happened to me but it was a pain.
Order still not collected
After two reslizarlo twice the order never arrived at my house. In comments I see that my case is not isolated and clearly they have a distribution problem or it is a scam. I do not recommend it
My product bought 15 days ago is already damaged. Considering the price, I'm disgusted!

Ordered via Instagram. Paid, said will arrive in few days. Never seen my order. I've asked for a refund.
Since the 23rd of June I've been waiting for my labels and nothing, my children have gone to colony and their clothes are branded, I'm really disappointed.
Very bad experience. The tracking number takes a long time to activate and after a long wait they confirm that the order has been lost. We try again and again the same problems. I ended up with no labels and processing a refund.
I ordered a stainless steel water bottle for my son with his first name on it. After a while, the top outer layer of the bottle with the designs and personalization started to peel off. The biggest problem is that it's under the stopper, so the material that peels off lands in the bottle's water, which I find very dangerous. I informed my label and the website selling this gourd, which wanted to do absolutely nothing and cleared itself of all responsibility. I don't recommend buying these gourds and I don't recommend this site, which has a deplorable customer service.
I have never received my labels and my child is leaving in a few hours for summer camp....so I had to write his initials on his labels with what I had, a Bic pen....I'm obviously very disappointed, especially since I paid for it...
I have placed 1 1st order not received made reminder and still nothing to date. My son is leaving on Saturday and still nothing.
Guaranteed delivery in 2 to 4 working days. Package arrived in 10 days... too late for the camp departure... purchase made for nothing...

I placed the order forgetting to enter the discount code. I immediately wrote (the order had not yet been processed) to customer service but there was no availability to change the order.

Hello, I'm still waiting for a reply and I'm still waiting for my order placed on June 17.
I bought some stickers for clothes, objects and shoes and I have not received the paper to stick it to my clothes, I have asked for it and I am still waiting for it.
The labels were supposed to be free thanks to a CAT code, but it never worked... I ordered anyway, since I had my son choose the patterns. Otherwise, no problem with the labels
I only received one out of two orders even though I was debited.
I bought 2 water bottles with 3 caps type 2014-2023, these caps are impossible to close, it's a horror! You have to put all your strength into it, even an adult can't do it, imagine a child. So unusable! What a waste...

Previously satisfied, then an order where all the labels came off in the machine. Very disappointed with the after-sales service, the error is human, but it can be repaired. No reaction because after 3 months (so don't anticipate your orders too much).
I loved these sticker labels but found that a number of the labels are just falling off in wash and so wondered if was fault. Contacted customer service who were uninterested but said would give 20% discount code to buy more. When questioned defect was quoted terms and conditions (French despite buying from UK website). Changed that should be referring to English laws but just ignored and refused to engage, then send satisfaction survey! Would not buy again. If they has simply replaced the faulty stickers my experience would have been very different, but Chiara just is not interested in customer services and unwilling to even apply by the correct laws! *edit following response* The response speaks for itself. 20% discount on more isn't the best solution for the customer who bought a bumper pack that comes away in wash.

After 10 days I still have no delivery and no message to keep me informed of the delivery date. I'll have to come up with a plan B for labelling.

I ordered express delivery because I needed the labels very quickly. The order took a long time to be delivered. The express delivery charges were reimbursed but the labels were useless as my son had already left on his school trip when we received them. If I had known that express delivery was not possible, it would have had to be specified in the order and I would not have ordered.

Not what I expected, they look like plastic paper labels. It is not for store clothes. They took a long time to deliver to Spain
