The shipment took forever and when it arrived it was incomplete. I filed a claim but they didn't even give me a complimentary gift. That speaks a lot about the after sales service and how they are not interested in customer loyalty. For future purchases I think I will try another company.

The delivery time was long but that's out of cmonetiquette's control. We ordered labels for which we are delighted as well as a tartine box which is a little small. If we had to do it over again, we would have gone for a bigger box, as we can only fit one loaf. As for the isothermal flask, it's difficult for our 2.5 year old son to open. It's a bit hard. Perhaps we should review this. Even we have to force it a little.

The labels were just as I'd chosen, but there was a problem with the "cut" of my label sheets. While the shoe labels peel off easily, the clothing labels are impossible to peel off by hand. I have to use a small screwdriver-type tool to remove the label without damaging it. Quite disappointed.

I was disappointed this year with the quality of the gourd. The design doesn't hold up well, and the gourd falls apart after 3 weeks of use. We ordered one three years ago and had no problems. It used to be an imprint on the bottle, but now it's a self-adhesive. For the price of the gourd, the quality is no longer there!

I ordered in total 60 stickers, which I've not yet received. I selected the standard free postage, however to my surprise I have recieved a fee due notice through from Royal Mail. The sender did not pay postage and I must pay ÂŁ3.50 to get my stickers. I cannot comment on the stickers yet as I've not yet recieved them but disappointed already that there are 2 postage options and the Free standard is not infact free. I would have paid for the tracked postage had I of known.

I've used this site 3 times to order labels for my son's clothes. I was delighted the first two times, but much more disappointed with my last order. Very poor delivery. Items were delivered 3 to 4 days later than the prescribed delivery date. Did get in touch with the company who were fairly non interested and blamed it on the carrier. The goods were a good quality so no problem there.
