However, we want to reassure you on one point: the bank details entered during an order on our site never pass through our systems and are not stored by us. They are processed exclusively by our secure payment provider Adyen, which meets the most stringent security standards in the industry (PCI DSS certification).
To date, we have not identified any security incidents concerning our site or our payment system.
Unfortunately, it is very difficult to determine the origin of a banking fraud, as card details can be compromised in various ways and sometimes several weeks or months before their fraudulent use.
If you believe you have been a victim of fraud, we invite you to contact your bank, which can take the appropriate steps.
