I placed an order for which part is not compliant. I ordered a stamp to be engraved with lowercase for the first name and uppercase for the last name. I received everything written in uppercase. Customer service is unable to change the font, so I had to resign myself to accept the order as it is. I am obviously disappointed knowing that the stamp costs €30.

Water bottle ordered less than two months ago and the printing came off. I had bought it for my son's return to school, I had to buy another one elsewhere because several letters came off even though he only used it 3 times. However, the clothing labels are good.

Some labels in my "kindergarten" pack are pixelated ... It does not hinder usage but the result is not clear

I bought a water bottle for my daughter, it lasted 2 weeks before the lid broke, they need to improve the type of plastic they use. It's not a coincidence, because we bought 4 in the same period, 3 broke in the same way, 1 remained intact, but I don't know for how long at this point...
