Lovely name stickers and great communication around order and delivery - which was understandably delayed due to covid and followed up accordingly and helpfully by the team.

Always order the name stickers for my children. I have no complaints. They stick well even after being through the wash. I've used them on clothes and my youngests water bottle for nursery. Very happy. Thank you!

Order creation and dispatch are always very fast

I could comment on the product, but it has not arrived. I placed the order a month ago and was told it would arrive in 2-10 days. When that time passed, I contacted them to see what happened, they told me to wait another two weeks. They have no follow up on the order you place. When the 2 weeks pass and I still don't have my order, I send another email and they tell me they will resend my order at no cost (on top of that...). They don't give me the option to get my money back, when after more than a month I NO LONGER NEED what I ordered. Here I am still waiting for the second package they sent me. Shameful, I will never order again.

I had already bought before, that's why I have repeated. I ordered some mugs and they are beautiful. The order was delayed because there was a problem with the post office, but I contacted them and so far they have solved it. I will definitely repeat.

I have not received my order placed on April 21. After waiting 15 days I contacted them by email and they told me that they were going to resend me another ..... but I have not received anything. So very unhappy.

Hello. Really disappointed, I still haven't received my 2 orders. Postage delay? Letter carrier error?? ( But I can see what another person would do with labels with my little girl's name on them) In short, a big disappointment.

Fast delivery despite the confinement. And I find that the iron-on clothing labels hold up over the long term...even after several washes. The object labels are a little less resistant, but I'm still satisfied.
