I placed the order on August 13 and a week later I received only half of the stickers I had bought in the pack. They told me it was a mistake and that they would send me the missing ones but today August 31 they still have not arrived, and on Monday my son will not have his things marked in time to go to kindergarten because of their mistake. I understand that they can make mistakes sometimes but they have to fix the mistakes faster, the shipment can take up to 10 working days and if they make a mistake then more than 20, a shame. I hope they arrive next week and if not I will get my money back, even so I will not buy here again, because I have not had the order when I needed it.

I placed 2 orders on August 12 and still haven't received anything. And they give me an address that is not mine. I changed it when I placed my order and validated it. It's been 20 days since I ordered labels and still nothing on the horizon. The reason is {bad address}, knowing that I've never before had problems receiving my mail because of my address.
