Ordered on 17 March. Received no confirmation email. I had to ask via Instagram where my order was. Told if it hadn't arrived before 20th April to get in touch again. It's now 16th April so a month since I placed my order and still no sign of it!

The first impression was very good, and the print is also perfect. I also really like the structure! However, the iron-on labels don't hold and I find a new sticker has fallen off with every wash. I wouldn't order it again.

Excellent quality labels, easy to use and very durable quality, 3 years I've been using them every day and washing my children's clothes or objects without any problem, the labels are extremely sturdy and durable. What's more, my sons love the little pictures next to their names and easily recognize their clothes even if they can't read their first names yet ; )

Hello, I'm sorry to put only 2 stars. I ordered 2 bottles a few months ago. The bottles are solid, of good quality and very pretty. That's why I don't like the 2 stars. On the other hand, my children (users) aged 3 and 5 broke their first cap after not even a month's use. So I recommended 2 caps, colored this time. And again, a new cap broke within the 1st week of use. There's something really wrong with these caps, and at 8 a cap, I won't be ordering any more. It's a real shame, because the bottles are really good.
