Quality product, very happy with this order. However, you're far too aggressive when it comes to Trustpilot review requests. Receiving a review once or twice is fine... but 4 times, no way. As a result, instead of having no review at all, you end up with a 4-star review that's lower than the average. You have to work at getting reviews back, it's also part of your communication.

Order received in Reunion Island despite confinement! After 4 years we've changed models and we don't regret it! We only order the object labels because we were disappointed with the clothing labels! The labels seem to be more plasticized than in previous years and of better quality. We've ordered the isothermal flask, and it's great! The only regret is that when we received it, we learned that we could personalize it even more with the color of the cap and a protective pouch... too bad, that's for the next one! My daughter loves this year's Canadian camping-themed gift stickers! Nothing more to say, it's perfect! Thank you so much!

Bottles bought less than a year ago. My kids love their water bottles, they're really pretty and sturdy. I recently changed the caps to colored ones and I'm very happy with them. The only downside is that the paint on the top of the 3 bottles is peeling, and not just a little...although I never put them in the dishwasher....c is a shame, I thought it would last longer.
