Everything I have bought: labels, mug, canteens, bags and Tupper are of good quality and are just as they look in the pictures. The orders are handled very quickly and arrive very well. I only had an incident once when they sent me a different model than the one I had ordered and although they told me that they would correct it finally it was not so.
