I had problems with shipping however this did not change my opinion of this site at all. The customer care was great, we exchanged several emails in which they always tried to solve my problem, in the end the package never arrived (again because of the postal service) however they at no extra cost got me my merchandise which is nothing short of great! Excellent quality, super clear designs and bright, fun colors. My son really enjoyed it, showing the stickers to all his classmates at school! The quality is beautiful of the stickers to the stars!!! I am very pleased with the products and treatment received! Thank you!!!

I purchased the water bottle not even a year ago ... the cap smells musty and around all dirty I sent an email they replied that such a thing was not normal e. je they would send me a free cap ... still waiting ... in order to use it I had to buy at my own expense another cap ... with what the water bottle costs ... to make my son happy ... but never again ... !!!

Magnificent labels.I bought the first iron-on labels..I found them a little hard to remove from their backing...So I bought self-adhesive labels 4 years later,..... Bingo I don't read the description.... they're labels to stick on old... iron-on labels.... so they'll come off in the washing machine of course... Well that's what happens when you don't read the instructions.... Come on I'll go back to recommending them but this time... the right ones.....
