Hello. Very satisfied with the quality of the labels and delighted with the lunch box. On the other hand, I'm really not happy with the return email I received following a request. On facebook, you announced a "Welcome" code for new customers. When we place an order, it's impossible to enter the promotional code. It's written in red, invalid code. And when I ask for an explanation by e-mail, I get some sort of reply that doesn't answer my question at all, and my 2nd e-mail goes unanswered. That's fine, because I think the lunch box with the ice cream loaf is great, because I would have ordered the labels from another site. It's not right to reply like that and leave the customer in the lurch. Unfortunately, I've deleted the e-mail exchange, so I can't send you a copy.
Fun flask for children, but a little difficult to open on its own at 2 years old.
Paid a lot of money for lunchboxes and leakfree water bottles !! Lunch box ice. Pack is warped when frozen so it won't close!!!! Water bottle is leaking !!!! I was really not impressed. We only purchased them last month !!

Hello I haven't labeled the clothes yet, so I can't judge their effectiveness. However, I am satisfied with the fast delivery, the presentation of the booklet, the labels which are faithful to my request and the little extra of the pretty stickers.

Over the moon with this purchase. Delivery was speedy and I absolutely love the fact it was completely customisable. My little girl loved being able to choose every aspect herself. The built in compartments and cool pack are so handy too!
The thermo adhesive labels are great! The self-adhesive ones... They peeled off the label during the first wash.... And I followed the instructions.

Great product, love the different pictures, backgrounds and texts you can use. I've used the sticky labels for all of my daughter's school clothes, and they have not come off after a lot of washes. Highly recommend this product!

Beautiful. Very nice and well finished water bottle.
I had already bought them for my daughter two years ago and they are still attached!!! The ones for clothes don't come off at all, despite frequent washing. Great ones. When I had to give away some little dresses, I just lifted one side and pulled the label off and had no problem removing it. Ditto those for items, I even put the kindergarten glass in the dishwasher and the label stays on. Also good ones for shoes. Likewise the ones bought now for my son: perfect. Thank you. Nickel, really pretty labels, easy to apply. Just be sure to wait 1 or 2 days after application to wash the marked clothes. I ordered 100, but ended up needing more. Otherwise, I recommend these products
