The labels are great!!! but there are things that are missing to the brand, and is that since you register you can have a history of your products to order them again, and then fundamental, .... to send the products (in this case labels) something more protected, the last ones we have received, arrived in an envelope, on a rainy day, the envelope on one side wet and wrinkled, and we had to waste many labels because now do not stick even if we heat them with the iron, so for that part wrong!!!

One of the labels came off in the first wash (at 30°C, after 24 hours) and I had chosen a light blue color, but the labels are water green. Otherwise: order delivered very quickly, wide choice of colors, patterns...

I'm never disappointed with the products, which is why I recommend them whenever I need them. But it would be nice to have earned benefits on our account to have discounts or promotions because from one order to another it could build loyalty a little more and discounts by mail are temporary.

Ordered on 22nd Feb. Ordered arrived with the wrong label design, wrong name,wrong number. Complained was told they would remake the order. Still haven't received anything two weeks later. Will never order again
