I am satisfied with my purchase, I just regret that my labels do not fit on the thermolactyl fabric.

Very very pleased with our lunch box. My children were over the moon that they could pick there own design, colour and name. They are so spacious, loads of different compartments which is also very good with fussy children. It's very helpful to be able to put in the microwave , also have an icepack to keep the food cool. The product itself is perfect but the negative point is the delivery time. The order was supposedly sent on February 6th but in the end never arrived and we can only claim 15 days after dispatch, so I had to wait until February 21st for the claim, which in the end ended up with a parcel sent by colisimo suivi and received on February 24th. The problem was that it was for a birthday which took place on the 21st, so I had to improvise other gifts, which meant a double expense that could have been avoided if all parcels had been sent by colisimo suivi from the start. And no commercial gesture for this inconvenience! :/ too bad

I received a set as a gift for my daughter's first birthday and was absolutely thrilled. Now I have reordered the iron-on labels and the ones for the shoes. The labels look very nice, but this time there was no protective film included with the shoe labels. Unfortunately, I couldn't find anything that said you had to order them separately. They have now been stuck to the shoes for the nursery for almost 2 weeks and today I saw that the edge is already starting to peel off. I find this very annoying, if I had known beforehand that the foils were not (or no longer) available, I would have ordered elsewhere.
